With the return of the Division I men’s soccer season, it also marks the return to action for scores of MLS Academy alumni around the country.

While the best of the best from pro academies are all electing to turn pro, plenty out there are still playing college soccer.

Below is a team-by-team look at how MLS Academy alumni fared over the past week at the Division I level.

Junior MF Ben McKendry started and played 90 minutes in New Mexico’s 1-0 win against Cal State Northridge on Sept. 12. He also started and played 90 minutes in a 2-0 win against San Diego on Sept. 14.

Sophomore D Quinton Duncan started and played 110 minutes in Tulsa’s 1-1 draw against Creighton on Sept. 13. He also started and played 70 minutes in a 4-1 win against Oral Roberts on Sept. 16.
