Campbell scored on a breakaway at the 11:59 mark of the first half to pull the Lady Cardinals (0-2) into a 1-1 tie with Wyoming (1-1), but Sara Paul scored the first of her two goals a little more than eight minutes later to give the Cowgirls the lead for good.

Liz O’Reilly also scored for Wyoming.

"All of their goals came off our mistakes. We are creating problems for ourselves," Lamar coach Orlando Cervantes said. "We'll work on things in practice and hopefully have those corrections made before our next game."
